Explain your choices.5. Perception and Emotiona. What is attribution? Identify two examples and discuss the effects of each on the people in anorganization.b. Can an organization exist and run smoothly without any type of attributions? In effect if therewere no attribution of any kind in an organization, would it be positive or negative? Considerissues like labeling people and making assumptions together with attribution and how theircomplete absence would affect an organization (if at all). Explain your answer. Would you wantto work in an organization devoid of the three identified impacts? Why or why not.c. The concept of emotion and mood contagion is one that can easily affect an organization,especially when cross-linking to diversity among the employees. Explain why how you feel canaffect other employees. Consider the facts that cultural learnings can create differences for thesame occurrences. For example, in some cultures, it is a serious behavior violation to lookdirectly at a superior when he or she is addressing you yet many other organizations see thatsame behavior as being disrespectful or a sign that the person has something to hide. Howwould you deal with these kinds of passive differences when you have a team that has multiplecultures on it?
