In this project, use the attached file to calculate the following items and add them to the sheet:

• For each property, calculate the number of days a property stayed on the market until sold.
• Count the total number of properties listed
• Calculate the total for (Asking Price)
• Calculate the total for (Selling Price)
• Calculate Average, min, max number of days on the market until sold

Repeat titles on each page

Add header with date on the left section, title of the report in the center section.

Add footer with your full name  in the left section, page number in the center section.

Provide Document properties.

Submit a well-prepared, well-organized, and neat report with colors, fonts, background. I will deduct a good chunk of your grade for sloppy, disorganized, and jumbled work.
