As part of the requirement for an A grade, the student willprepare a Teaching Note that accompanies the Ethics Teaching Case. The TeachingNote should be 10 pages in length. The point of the Teaching Note is toprovide to any instructor a guide to effectively use the case to enlighten howto manage ethical issues in ones professional life. 

The Teaching Note guides the instructor using the TeachingNote to:

1. Bring out the ethical issue so it is well understood

2. Explore the origin of the ethical issue

3. Review the Vision, Mission, and (importantly) Values ofthe organization

4. Identify ethical decision criteria appropriate toconsider in this case situation

5. Explore alternative managerial solution options availableto the organization

6. Evaluate the solution options against the organizationsethical decision options

7. Plan and Implementation Strategy for the selected solutionto this ethical issue

8. Consider alternative organizational strategies designedto prevent the future

    possibility ofsimilar ethical dilemmas in the organization by reflecting upon      

    new organizationalguidelines and/or modification of the Vision, Mission, and Values.
