This paper is going to be a literature for a research paper.  The topic is “Developing Policies and Infrastructure to Mitigate Climate Change in South Florida”.

I would like a 1 page summary of each of the 8 attached documents.  The focus of the summary should be on infrastructure as it relates to sea level rise (current infrastructure, potential improvements, investments, etc.).  

The exception to this theme are documents 1 and 2.  These documents are more focused on the impacts of climate change, so I would like those to be summarized as appropriate.  The idea is to use these two papers to discuss the effects of climate change, and the following six papers to identify infrastructure/engineering improvements that can be implemented to mitigate the risks.

I would like this assignment, the literature review, to be ordered in the order of how the papers are numbered (1-8).  And again, use the first two documents to identify climate change risks, and the following five to identify sea level rise mitigation opportunities through infrastructure.
