This is an assignment that has two parts. The first part of this assessment is to develop a standardized course evaluation template based on the previous 2 assessments of this assignment. Upon feedback from the instructor, I will attach the other assessments needed to help for completion of this assignment. There is no page limit for the first part of this assignment but I’ve included 2. The second part of this assignment is to construct a 2-3 page executive summary to discuss the rationale for the standardized course evaluation template developed.
