Peruvian economist Hernando de Soto has been quoted as saying, “The constituents of capitalism are the poor.” 

Using the material from the lesson, viewing the video, and being sure you understand “constituents” (look it up), answer the question below: 

In your opinion – Does the video help you interpret de Soto’s quote? Do you agree or disagree with him?
