How has COVID-19 changed the landscape of Health and Safety in the early childhood setting?  Do you think that there will EVER be a "return to normal?"

Why is it important for a center director or childcare owner to be familiar with the community in which they serve?  If they do not live in the town or city in which their center is located, what are some different ways that they could become more informed about the area/town/city where their students and families live?
