The body of your paper needs to be 3-4 pages long. This does NOT include the title page and reference page. Papers that are more than 4 pages long will not be accepted. You must reference a minimum of two scholarly sources in your paper. 

Use current APA format to style your paper and to cite your sources. Integrate your sources into the paragraphs and use internal citations pointing to evidence in the literature and supporting your ideas.

NURS 662 A Case Study Mary

Mary is a 5-day-old term newborn who has come in for a well-baby exam. This is the mothers first baby. The infant had no problems after birth and went home with her mother. Her birth weight was 2.8 kg. Her mother is exclusively breastfeeding every 13 hours and each feeding takes 2535 minutes. The mother believes her milk has come in. Her weight today is 2.5 kg. The mother is worried her baby is not getting enough breastmilk and she is concerned about the weight loss. 

1.     What additional history is required before answering the mothers questions?
