FINAL PAPER Case Scenario

Congratulations! You are the new manager of Alexandrias hottest Sports Bar & Grill. There are 12 employees, including yourself. Your staff includes an assistant manager, two cooks, two bartenders, four servers, one busser, and one dishwasher. Unfortunately, you never have a full crew because at least one person calls in sick every day (if not more!) One of the cooks is out on workers compensation because he slipped and fell. When you walked into the breakroom, you overheard one of the servers telling another server that the assistant manager was having an affair with one of the bartenders and receiving special treatment. When they noticed your arrival, the chatter in the breakroom turned to silence. You feel like you are spinning your wheels hiring new staff. As soon as you hire a new employee, seems like someone else quits.
