What business problem are you trying to solve?  How and why is this a problem?  Only once the problem is identified, can you come up with a plan to solve the problem.  This should be a one-page document that provides:

THE COMPANY I CHOSE IS PELOTON

1.  An overview of the Company you plan to write your report about.  (UPS  is a transportation company that started in 1885 when Bob and Jeff Upsmen began delivering eggs for their family farm in Provo, Utah.)

2. You should tell me what type of business this is.  UPS is a service business with 80,000 trucks, 3,000 planes, and major logistics hubs in Louisville, Kentucky, and 450,00 employees.

3.  UPS trades publicly on the NYST or NASDAQ Market under the symbol of UPS.

4.  UPS’s shares of stock have gone from a high of 209 in February of 2020 to their current low of 53.  Their business has been rumored to be a prime take-over and their top management have all left the company to work for Amazon and their new fleet of delivery vehicles.

5.  UPS’s Profits are down each of the past 5 fiscal years, while their costs have continued rise.
