Individuals who are more skilled, rather than those who have gained more experience, are more inventive in a specific profession. The reason for this is that those with greater knowledge will use their demonstrated experiences to find proven and existent solutions to problems. They don’t make any further efforts to go beyond their experience and look for imaginative arrangements because they already have the experience. Individuals with more education but less experience, on the other hand, will be motivated to put their knowledge to the test by putting it to real-world problems. In any case, information by and large is in adequate to discover functional answers for the issues. As a result of the absence of experience, they will wind up discovering some novel and innovative arrangements by applying the hypothetical information in total. Finally, I’d want to make a remark. It is commonly stated that information rather than experience drives progress. There are several examples of this. Apple, Microsoft, Facebook, and Google are all examples of young students or school dropouts who didn’t have the experience of trained experts, but who ended up generating such ground-breaking breakthroughs that revolutionized the world in ways that experienced and prepared experts could never have imagined.

People who are more knowledgeable rather than those who are more experienced are more innovative in a given field. The reason is that people, who have more experience, will use their proven experiences to find proven and existing solutions to problems. Then again, individuals who are increasingly educated, however less experience, will have the interest to test their insight by applying to genuine useful issues. When they do have the experience, they do not make any extra efforts to go beyond their experience and look for innovative solutions. On the other hand, people who are more knowledgeable, but have less experience, will have the curiosity to test their knowledge by applying to real-life practical problems. But knowledge generally is not sufficient to find practical solutions to the problems. Because of the lack of experience, they will end up finding some novel and creative solutions by applying the theoretical knowledge in its entirety. In today’s world innovation is very limited and we are lacking in new ideas. Most of the products in the market today are repetitive products of the famous products that were innovated by someone else. Even some of the largest tech companies which are famous for innovation today lack ideas so it can be stated that innovation is driven by knowledge rather than experience. Many of the biggest/wealthiest companies these days are examples of college dropouts who did not have the experience of seasoned professionals, but they end up creating such revolutionary technologies that changed the world in ways that experienced and seasoned professionals could never have imagined.
