1. As part of the management team, you have been asked to attend the meeting to brainstorm a strategic management process to address and counter a new and aggressive competitor in your industry. Your aspect of this plan will be to assess the company’s resources. Specifically, how they contribute differently in different aspects in cycles as well as how they are impacted by age and competition.
