In this week’s Learning Module, we learned all about the legal remedies for breach of contract! The most individuals immediately sue!

However, there is a better remedy and that is mediation!  Google the term mediation, alternative dispute settlements, or other keywords on mediation.

Read all you can on the mediation process!

1. A paper approximately three pages long tell me the advantages of the mediation process;
2. In your paper please ensure that you have stated all the advantages.
3. Your paper should be properly formatted and approximately 3 pages long in accordance with the Writing Rubric
