Identifying and prioritizing needs

       How will you assess the needs of the learner community? How do you justify this/these strategies over others? If you did not conduct an actual needs assessment, what plans do you have for identifying the needs of your program?

       How do you find a focus for your program? Does your program have several needs? How do your priorities them?

       Include your list of present and desired capability statements that result from your needs assessment process.
