Actions (Metrics) analytics

This assignment has two primary parts.  (2 files should be attached at the final)
 
First, you should complete Table 1 by 
(1) selecting two social media platforms that you use often, 
(2) identifying at least five primary/popular/common actions analytics on each platform that users are likely to notice, and brands/businesses/organizations are likely to analyze, and 
(3) indicating possible insights/values of these action analytics for platform users and for brands.  
 
Second, write an essay (500 to 600 words) that addresses all the following sections 
(1) explain why it is essential to understand social media actions analytics 
(2) summarize common and distinct actions analytics on social media platforms and their strength and weakness in providing insights (based on findings from Table 1) 
(3) explain the challenges to, and limitations of, social media actions analytics  
(4) elaborate what unique values that actions analytics can bring to brands/business/organizations, in comparison with other layers of social media analytics such as text analytics and network analytics  
(5) imagine what future holds for actions analytics
