Guidelines:  

I want my essay to be about the intersection of autism/disablities along with gender within our society. How it is refelcted perhaps in media, and how they are represented along neurodivergent counterparts. Talk about the dynamics within the marginalized community perhaps bringing up race and class as another “oppressive” label, the issues that this community has, and possible solutions or progress we have made as a society.Identify an issue (or problem, or dynamic), which is of particular interest to you, or which you have noticed recurring in your readings.

Choose two to three readings from the first 5 weeks of the course (from January 19 up to February 16) in which this issue is particularly evident.

Discuss how each text approaches the issue, taking care to highlight their insights and limitations in relation to each other or in relation to the main problem you have highlighted. Draw your own conclusions.

I will attatch the two readings that I would like for you to use. Please only use these two readings but if you need            another message me so I can check and see if it works for my essay. I will also attatch a response that I wrote about this topic using the two readings so you can see my writing style as well as the discussion.
