Answers should be formed with a brief but thorough introduction of the topic and two to three paragraphs that completely explain the issues, challenges, history, and developments of the topic. Citations are not necessary but your writing should draw from our course readings and not Google.
Question 1: What is Federalism? During the period of Constitutional construction what did it mean to be a Federalist or anti-Federalist? How did this debate shape the document and governing structures that were created? How does our current system operate that shows its federated structure?
Question 2: How do laws get made in the US? Please describe the intricacies and challenges of this system. What are some of advantages to this style of lawmaking and what are some of the disadvantages? How does a Federal system impact this in both good and bad ways?
