Create a conflict scenario in a professional or personal setting (topic of your choice). When writing your paper follow these steps.
Describe your scenario in detail.
What is the main conflict in your scenario?
Who are the people involved?
How do they communicate with each other?
Based on your research and discussions in class, how can they communicate effectively?
What was the resolution(s) in your scenario and how did you reach a resolution?
Your final paper should consist the following:
A title page 1 page
Content 3-5 pages
Bibliography 1 page (Must have at least 3 sources) Bibliography should be written using APA format
