This is Policy Analysis 1. It should be 3 to 4 pages. The paper should be written using 7th ed formatting. It will include appropriate documentation of research cited, will be double spaced and typed.  The paper should include a title and references page. The paper should have at least 3 Academic Quality references. It will include the following:

Problem Statement:  Clearly define the social problem the policy addresses. 

Background:   Describe the significance of the issue in terms of historical and current attempts to address the social problem in question. Identify populations at-risk who are impacted by this policy. Is this a policy being updated or is it totally new? If being updated, why?
