In this assignment, you will create a comparative essay on the two systems of incarceration presented in this week: module.
● Part 1 – Introduction
o The paper must be a minimum of 5 pages in length
o Demonstrates understanding of the selected topic to the field of psychology and criminal behavior
o Content stays on topic, is research based and well organized
o You must have a thesis statement at the beginning of your paper around which the rest of your paper is organized. An example would be the following, “A prison system should be organized around a social justice approach focused on the teachings of Jesus, specifically those found in the Sermon on the Mount.”
● Part 2 – Comparison
o This section fully explores your thesis statement
o Use your textbook as a primary source
● Part 3 – Conclusion
o Provide a summary of your main points, concluding with a final review of your thesis statement
● Your paper should be written in current APA format.
● Please include a title page and references (minimum of three, two of which must be your Bonta text and scripture).
● All work should contain headings for each section that helps to organize your writing and the readers comprehension
● Edit carefully for grammar, spelling and word use
