Anatomical Analysis of a Baseball Swing

There are 3 phases: loading (prep), launching (swing), and follow through. 

1- After observing the player swing, briefly discuss the movements (joints, actions) involved for all three phases.  (20pts). 

2- Then create a Table like Table 17.3 (below) analyzing ONE of the three phases and the actions involved.  Make sure you identify ALL of the joints used in this phase. Label the table with the phase you are analyzing. (20pts)
