I don’t believe there is a word count requirement.  You will have your introduction paragraphs (2 I believe), then you need 10 sources to explain.  Each source needs to have 2 paragraphs for it.  One summarizes the source and the other explains how it would be used in a future hypothetical research paper about this topic.  Basically this paper will be 22 paragraphs in length as it is an annotated bibliography, not an essay.
