Module 2.  Using the link below select videos of your choice from the ROCKSTAR Manager, Body Language or the Conflict Management playlists that you have not seen.  You must watch a total of 15 minutes of videos (combined).  Please identify each of the videos you watch.  Then, write a 400-word reflection on what you learned, found interesting, and/or how it impacted you as a future manager.  It should not be a play-by-play (i.e. first she talked about this, then this, etc.). You should incorporate details from each video you watched.
