This paper requires research and it must be in APA format. 

You should have at least three references utilizing peer-reviewed journal articles for the Position Paper.  

You need to use in-text references in your paper.  If you take content from an external source and paraphrase it, you still need an in-text reference at the end of the paragraph.  If you use a direct quote, it should be in quotes signs and the in-text reference follow right after the quote. The Position Paper will be graded on the quality of the research, the student’s understanding of the topic and the degree to which the student supported their opinion with facts and logical justification.  Position papers must be a minimum of 3 pages in length.
