I would like for you to research a story on a hate crime committed against someone in the GLBT community (just can’t be Mathew Sheppard).  I would like for you to summarize the story and talk about why the act was committed a hate crime under that state’s statute.  You can use the ADL or Southern Poverty Law Centers site they have lots on the topic.
