Be sure to include the following elements: the need the program is addressing; the targets of the program; at least one outcome of the program; at least one program activity; at least one output of the program activity; and at least one resource or input needed. Complete your post by describing the relationship between the program activities and outcomes.
2. Conceptualizing the evaluation is another critical step in evaluation planning. Based upon the program you are creating, write a post that identifies an appropriate focus of the evaluation. Be sure to explain the purpose of the evaluation and discuss who will use the evaluation results.
