Think about the ethical implementations of organizations’ monitoring and collecting information about their employees. What kind of information is ethical or unethical to collect? Why? Should managers and organizations inform employees that they are collecting such information. Have you been monitored at a place of employment? Do you believe it was ethical? Please explain your reasoning.
