Complete the scheduling assignment based on the attachment.  
2 points for every day that is correct (28 total)
10 points for overall structure and look
5 points for full coverage and 0 overtime

FYI this isn’t easy and will take some thought.  Don’t kill yourself on it.  There’s only 5 points for not using overtime,  
 

 

 

You will need to create a 2 week schedule for the radiology department.  Use the below goals, work force, and coverage required to build your schedule.  

Goals

1. Minimal or no use of non-budgeted FTE’s (Registry staff), they should only be used to cover vacations and absences. 
2. Cover all hours as listed below. The range will be a min-max range for each hour of the day. Some hours will not have the variation built in.
3. You can use a mix of shifts to include 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts.  Or you can get creative
4. Don’t forget lunches
5. You can go under a person’s scheduled FTE, but you CANNOT go over.  
a. It is possible to reduce the scheduled FTE and use zero registry staff.

**** one of the full-time FTE’s has an ADA restriction that only permits travel to and from work during daylight hours. She lives only a few blocks away.
