I am trying to convince a senator to change concussion protocol in sports and supporting that claim with how a concussion affects a person long term and with the ability to learn.

You must start with SIRS (no wikipedia/blogs etc – your source must be an “Expert” on the topic at hand so that you can establish ethos)
You must have a balance of ETHOS, PATHOS, and LOGOS to create a strong argument – don’t rely heavily on any one source

Separate Annotated MLA Bibliography
All sources correctly cited in MLA format (alphabetical order)
Explanation of the relevance and credibility of each source as it pertains to your argument
