Topic overview
For Assessments 1 and 2 you will need to develop a proposal for a quality improvement project that could be undertaken to address an issue of your own choosing from your place of clinical practice.

For this first assessment task, you are required to submit a brief summary / basic overview of the quality improvement project proposal you plan to do using the criteria provided. This document provides you with all the information you will need to complete this assessment.

For Assessment 2 you will write a proposal for the quality improvement project. For the full information on Assessment 2, please see the information in the Assessment page in the LMS.

Assessment criteria
This assessment will measure your ability to:

You are not required to provide an introduction or conclusion for this assessment task.
