1. Given the commentary’s suggestions, do you anticipate COVID-19 will increase, decrease, or have no effect on fertility rates? Justify your answer briefly.
2. Will your answer in #1 differ depending on whether pregnancies are intended or unintended? Why or why not?
3. Select any one of the disparities in unintended pregnancy described in other articles assigned for the week. Should the approaches described in this commentary be equally appropriate across the disparity you identify, or would it need to be tailored to reach different population subgroups?

Answer each of the following questions:
1. Given the article’s differentiation of the racial disparities in contraception between use, non-use, failure, and discontinuation, what is one intervention point that is likely to have a benefit for one of these dimensions?
2. For your answer in #1, explain whether/how that same intervention would be likely to similar/different effects on another dimension.
3. Think about another potential dimension of contraceptive disparities (other than race, ethnicity, or SES) that may exist. Leverage any point of evidence from the article to help justify why you think that disparity would operate in the way you describe.
