You may not know that Dr. Sims has a varied background working for large companies and start-ups.  He has worked as a venture capitalist,  he has been CEO of 3 start-up companies that he took public in an IPO and started the business management program at FIDM.  He is sharing the key things he has learned in his career in the following PowerPoint.  An optional series of videos shows him presenting this PowerPoint.
