## Policy Recommendation Paper: The interim government of the recently independent state of Kosostan is debating which type government they should adopt in their new constitution: Liberal Democracy or Democratic Socialism.  Your job is to (1) compare and contrast the two systems (2) provide examples of each system (3) provide your recommendation to the government of Kosostan on which system they should adopt in their new constitution and why. 

The student will write a policy recommendation on the topic. You must take a stance. Policy recommendation papers will be 700-900 words in length NOT including the mandatory title and references pages. You must include three (3) academically credible sources (Textbook, journal articles, books, essays, papers, etc.) to support your recommendation.
