Peter and Martha are in the Human Resource Department. They are both new to the company and need to work together so that the department can successfully manage the employees in the company. The manager has assigned Peter to be overall responsible for the tasks within the Human Resource Department, and Martha is to be Peters assistant. Martha is a person who always wants to do her best and is pleased to be assisting Peter. Martha works very hard to please Peter and thus puts herself under a lot of pressure to excel. She goes to Peter for help regularly, to the extent that Peter finds her incompetent. He begins to lose his patience with her and in no time, tension builds up and it comes to a point when they are unable to communicate logically with each other.
