First, you will select one of the scenarios from the document in the Supporting Materials section. Then, you will complete the Project Two Presentation Template linked in the What to Submit section with a separate slide for each prompt and speaker notes that detail exactly what you would say during the presentation. Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

Describe the overall engagement trends of employees within the organization.
Include whether you would characterize overall engagement as positive or negative.
Analyze how factors related to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging may impact employee engagement within the organization.
Analyze how behavioral factors of leaders impact employee engagement within the organization.
Include factors that positively impact engagement as well as factors that negatively impact engagement.
Evaluate the relationship between engagement and organizational performance measures.
Include whether the relationship between engagement and the chosen measures is positive or negative and why you think that is.
Include the importance of this relationship as it relates to the organization.
Explain how the organization could improve its current approach to employee engagement.
Consider the factors that you identified that are currently impacting engagement.
Consider how leaders can address these factors to improve overall engagement.
What to Submit: Include speaker notes for each slide with exactly what you would say if you were presenting to a live audience. You must complete the references slide with at least three sources to support your presentation.
