Purpose : This assignment provides you an opportunity to practice and enhance skills related to client assessment and mental health diagnostics while using a strengths based empowerment approach.

Instructions : For each case study assignment, you will watch a film or research a person and then, using a comprehensive biopsychosocial approach, write up case notes. In the event that there is more than one character or individual involved, you must select one with an identifiable mental health condition. In many cases this is the main character, however there may be a secondary character who has an identifiable condition as well. The full case note is to be no more than 3 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman, 12 point font. You must cover each of the following components in your case notes:

This week you will complete a comprehensive biopsychosocial diagnostic note about a well-known historical figure. The historical figure to use is Sigmund Freud. Also include work in social work perspective.
