During this course, you will be the project manager for a project of your choice. The project could be building a house, hosting a party, a work-related project, implementing a new business process, developing a new product, home renovation, and more. However, it must meet an existing need or solve an existing problem. The project must have at least three control accounts, and four planning packages. If you are unsure if the project will work, please contact your instructor. For this week’s assignment, you will complete the following for your project:

1. Create the project’s scope statement, touching on any legal/regulatory considerations, and explaining the underlying need or problem it will solve

2. Create the Statement of Work (SoW) 3. Using reputable project management software, create the Work Breakdown

Structure, including work packages and a numbering system for the code of accounts

You will upload each of the project’s documents to the assignment drop-box. Save all work in a format that can readily be accessed by the instructor (e.g., PDF). This assignment is due by Day 7.
