By now, you should have a grasp of what it means to be the spiritual leader of a congregation. Identify the areas of greatest concern or interest to you, involving local church ministry. Start with looking at your greatest strengths and weaknesses with relation to ministry.

Write a 10- to 15-page paper that presents your personal theological, philosophical, and theoretical model for working in a local ministry community, along with your strategy for providing ministry as a pastor within a local congregation. Your paper should have a minimum of 10 sources.
