Chapters 7 and 8 in Johnson end our comparison of local/state/federal/NGOs/global structures & functions of health care and regulatory systems across national & international settings. 1. What are the government roles/involvement in each?

2. What are the reimbursement process?

3. How equitable and efficient is each system?

4. What is the level of customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction with each?

5. What were the lessons learned?
