· The effect that the airline industry shutting down and countries closing had on the tourism industry – Hotels, restaurants, bars, gift shops, attractions, intermediaries
· Maslow’s hierarchy of needs – passengers needed to feel safe before traveling again
· How did airlines adapt to the need for safety?
· Positive Impacts of not having airlines in operation eg. more national tourism, talk about the impact of flying on the environment.
