Discussion Questions

Now that the results of the 2020 U.S Census are published, most states will start redistricting for seats in the U.S. House of Representatives. Inevitably, the process of redistricting will lead to accusations of gerrymandering. In your opinion, should Americans be concerned about gerrymandering? Next, who (e.g., state legislatures, federal judges, nonpartisan citizens commission, etc.) should be responsible for redistricting?
