2. Have a firm idea of what the post-Covid 19 workplace will look like.

3. Be able to answer the question of how will the post-Covid workplace impact learning, training, and development?

4. Put yourself in a position of a HR Professional in employee training and be able to answer the question of what will the “new workplace” require you to change, adjust or implement in employee training?

5. In your current workplace, how does the idea of a “new workplace” impact your company its need to train its’ employees?

Write a 15 page paper that you detail out what the “new post-Covid 19 workplace” will look like, and what is the impact of the “new workplace” on the future of workplace training. Finally, how does all of the above (1-5), impact your own workplace and your personal career path.

My suggested page count for the above would look something like this:

 What the “new post-Covid 19 workplace” will look like, how it will function. Remember to think not only in terms of an office environment but also a manufacturing operation that only functions in a face-to-face environment (5 pages).

How will the post-covid 19 workplace impact learning (3-4 pages)?

How does the “new post-covid workplace” impact your role as an HR Training Professional (2-3 pages)?

Take all of the above into your own personal work world. How will the “new workplace” impact your current place of work? How will the “new workplace” impact your personal career path? (2-3 pages).

Anything you may want to add in your research on the new workplace; learning, training and development (throughout the paper).
