For this assignment, each student is asked to evaluate the leadership schematic of an organization with which they might be familiar or of a firm they might consider working for. Compare this organization’s leadership strategy to another organization who would be considered a competitor of you chosen organization. Based on the comparison of organizational leadership strategy between your two organizations, decide for which organization you would, as a potential employee, want to work. What would be your motivation for choosing? Does the organization motivate you? How would that translate into a competitive advantage for the organization that you would work for? Each student is asked to prepare an 1100 to 1200 word paper where analyze the following:
Summarize what you consider are the key aspects of both firms’ leadership strategies.

An APA formatted reference page is to be included. If you use a website link, you should be able to find the author and a publication date.
Your title page should include the- Assignment title, your name, the date, the class and the instructor: Dr. Jimmie S. Warren. (All should be in proper APA format).
