Some of the top skills include leadership, communication, knowledge, organization, time management, delegation, confidence, respect, and company culture. Being able to properly lead your team to success is one of the most important skills a manager can empower. Knowing the jobs you are leading will help you manage your team. Being organized will help workflow procedures run smoothly. Time management is very important because you have to understand the appropriate time frame for work to be completed as a manager.
