If they write a two-page essay (following all submission guidelines in 7^th edition APA format) that presents an analysis of why paying attention to detail is important in the profession in which the student plans to enter, I will grade the assignment.  You don’t have to do much if any research (research is only needed if you don’t have a clear idea of the tasks and/or duties required, and you need information, so you can make clear connections).
