Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper that answers the following questions:

Explain why accountability is important in the health care industry,

Discuss how employee accountability is measured in the health care industry.

Explain how accountability applies to ethical considerations in leadership and management.

What does a checks-and-balance process look like in a successful organization?

How does accountability affect an organization’s working culture?

How can you maintain a positive working culture and avoid a culture of blame?
