Culture analysis reflection: After your engagement period, please reflect on your experience. In your reflection (5-6 pages), please include the following sections (numbered and labelled)

(1) A 1-2 paragraph introduction that identifies the selected culture and indicates why you chose to reflect on it.

(2) At least one page of discussion of the values and communication patterns you noted during your engagement period (be sure to back this section up with specific examples from your experience). What values are supported by the activities you engaged in or behaviors you observed or participated in? What communication patterns are exhibited? Please use Hofstedes dimensions as a guide for this section.

(3) Discussion of the context in which your interaction(s) occurred and identification of the power positions of your own race/ethnicity/social role compared to your selected culture. How was power present in the engagement period? Did they have social power? Did you? Did this change? Why? How did power affect the experiences, questions asked, or responses received?

(4) Three to four paragraphs describing the similarities and differences between your own culture and your selected culture and detailing the implications of this for future communication.
