Claude Steele, one of the authors of the article, has studied stereotype threat for many years. In this article, a number of the studies he has worked on are discussed. Read the article and the information regarding stereotype threat in the Myers and Twenge textbook starting on page 269. Give an overview of stereotype threat discussing why it might exist and some examples where it was seen. Discuss the three studies that are outlined in the article regarding female versus male math scores and stereotype threat. What was concluded from each of the three studies?  This component should not be more than 1 page. Describe at least one other noted study regarding stereotype threat.
