Based upon your reading and knowledge of workplace bullying, you will create a policy recommendation on Workplace Bullying. The recommended policy must include the following:

1. Explanation of workplace bullying
2. Appropriate code of conduct in the workplace
3. Inclusion of examples of disruptive and inappropriate behavior for your facility
4. Explicit remediation actions for those that violate the policy
