Writing the legal part of the paper can be challenging. You will need to argue pro or con of the legal issues of the paper. To help you in completing this section, review the videos (video 1 and video 2)  of two contemporary issues, quarantining of individuals suspected of being exposed to Ebola, and refusal to show identification. There may be some similarities in how we are responding to the Coronavirus. Review the links below and feel free to research the responses to this as well. In viewing think of how you would argue either pro or con and what relevant material YOU would need to support your position. In other words, how would you back up your position. Remember in your final paper you are using a criminological theory. The basis for your argument may be linked to the theory. Your argument can also be based on opinion to which you will need to include reasons to agree or disagree with the opinion.
